Please fill in the form below to apply for a Marshall County Public Library account, and to access the benefits of being a library card holder. All applications must include a scanned copy of your driver's license, which can be attached to this application digitally, e-mailed to the library at firstname.lastname@example.org, or faxed to our @Benton branch at (270) 527-0506. Upon receipt of your application, supplemental documentation, and any necessary payments, we will process your record and mail your materials to the address on file.
Out-of-Region applicants must submit a refundable $20 deposit with their application. Payment can be delivered in person, mailed to the @Benton branch, or paid through Paypal. To receive your refund, you must relinquish your card unto the library and have a clear record. We will then delete your patron record from our system.
