Free Vision Screening
Kentucky KidSight
Free vision screening will be offered to your child by the Calvert City
Lions Club in conjunction with the Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation. This screening
provides instant photographs of your child's eyes to determine the presence of
eye disorders. No physical contact is made with your child and eye drops are not
necessary. This screening is approximately 85-90% effective in detecting
problems that can cause decreases in vision.
Location: Calvert City Library
Time: January 14, 9am-4pm
(Only children ages 1-5 are eligible. Parent or
guardian must complete a consent form prior to screening. Forms are available at
the library.)
