I love fairytale retellings;
that's why I ordered the Once Upon a Time is Timeless series at the
library. Golden is a retelling of Rapunzel. It's a fun,
engaging story. However, the premise is fuzzy, important parts of
the plot go unexplained, and it's rather shallow. Nice entertainment
but not a great book. |
